Sports massage  generally employs a wide range of techniques to realign and loosen muscle fibres, reduce adhesions and can also be used to improve posture, reduce recovery times to improve athletic training and performance.

The type of sports massage techniques used will depend on the injury or the needs of the individual. Usually, sports massage will incorporate soft tissue massage, deep tissue massage, and whole-body massage along with therapeutic techniques to assist in recovery and rehabilitation. Sports massage is often recommended for athletes or individuals who engage in regular physical activity and are prone to sport-related injury.

Myofascial Cupping 

Cupping works wonders on adhesions and in separating the layers of tissue, improving glide and in increasing blood flow and nourishment to tissue layers. Adhesions greatly affect mobility and proper functioning of joints and how muscle pairs work together. Myofascial Cupping  can also helps to improve myofascial pain, nerve pain and pain from impingement.  Myofascial Cupping can be done as a whole body treatment or on one or more regions at a time depending on the results desired.
